Please read and ensure you are comfortable with our policy before booking

• I’m a home based hairstylist in Selly Oak, Birmingham UK, full address will be sent once a booking is confirmed.
• A non- refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure a slot. This will be deducted from the total price to be paid. Full cost for extension must also be paid alongside the deposit.
• Kindly ensure your hair is properly washed and blown out with little or no product. Blow out is an add on service which comes with a charge.
• I understand that things beyond our control may occur, it is important that if you’re running late, you notify me and you won’t be charged. However, lateness after 15 minutes comes with a £15 charge. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be used or transferred.
• You can reschedule your appointment within the same month of your original booking. To reschedule your appointment, a minimum notice period of 48hrs from your appointment date must be given to use the initial deposit and can only be transferred once.
• All appointments are strictly no plus one. Plus ones are allowed only when the service is for a child.
• Kindly notify me of all allergies or health issues when booking.
• Kindly note that we provide extensions at an additional cost and extensions are prepped prior to the appointment. However, if you wish to provide your extension, it must be dropped off at least 24 hours prior your appointment
• We offer squeeze in or emergency appointments at an additional fee of £15

WIG POLICY

• Please be aware that you need to have your hair braided in a cornrow for all installation and styling services. However, we also provide this service at an additional cost of £20
• All wigs for revamp and styling services should be dropped and properly labelled with all information including, Name, Appointment date and Phone number.
• Please note our revamp services takes a minimum time frame of 4 davs and styling service takes 3 days. However express service is available at an additional fee of £10

NOTE: Bigger size for braids are also provided. We’re available to answer your question before booking your appointment, so any more information needed prior to booking will be provided.
