- I’m a home-based hairstylist in Selly Oak (B29), Birmingham, UK. The full address is sent once your booking is confirmed. Free and secure parking is available.
- Bookings are opened on the 20th of every month at 6 pm via our booking website.
- A non-refundable £30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total amount, and the balance will be paid after the service by Bank Transfer. Please note that a Stripe transaction fee of £1 will be added to your payment, bringing the non-refundable deposit to £31
- Please arrive with clean, blown-out hair with little or no product. Blowouts are available as an add-on service.
- Lateness & Cancellations: Please notify me if you’re running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late incur a £10 fee for every 10 minutes, and cancellations forfeit the deposit. Cancellation is permitted 48 hours before the appointment date. Failure to cancel within this time, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be used or transferred, and there will be an automatic 50% charge of the total amount due for the service.
- Appointments can be rescheduled once within the same month with at least 48 hours’ notice, but this is subject to my availability.
- No plus ones allowed, except for child services.

Squeeze in or emergency appointments are available at an additional cost. Feel free to reach out to us via phone call for a faster response.
Please note that the cost of extensions is included in some of the service charges. However, endeavor to read the service description to be sure which service includes extensions. You are free to bring your extensions. If you are unsure about the length you need or anything at all regarding your extensions or booking, feel free to send a DM after making your booking. However, if you will be providing your extensions for boho curls, French curls, etc, please ensure to drop them off at least 3 days before your appointment. We also have trusted vendors for some extensions like the Boho curls, French curls, Human hair kinky bulk, and we’re more than happy to recommend them. You can send us a DM for this and any further clarification regarding your booking.
WIGS, CLOSURES & FRONTALS
For all wig installation and styling services, hair must be neatly braided into cornrows before your appointment. If you require this service, it is available at an additional cost. You can select that as an add-on service.
All wigs for revamp or styling services must be dropped off in advance and clearly labelled with the following details;
– Full Name, Appointment date, and Phone number.
Please note that wig revamp services require a minimum turnaround time of 4 days, while styling services take up to 3 days.
An express service is available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
